“I finally found a plumber I can trust for life. We live down the hill, so anytime our older home in Wrightwood needs plumbing work, it basically has to be handled over the phone. We had an issue after hours and called another plumber who was closed, my neighbor referred us to Keen Plumbing—and they picked up right away. After meeting Brett in person the next day, I knew we were in good hands. They handled a full septic replacement, got it done quickly, and charged a fair price. I’m so glad we found Keen. We’ll be using them for anything that comes up going forward—no question about it.”

They snaked the pipe and educated me on the condition of our pipe and where we stand with our septic. “Just had Brett and his crew out to repair a main water line leak. The repair was difficult due to space constraints with a retaining wall. He and his crew assessed the situation, tried a potentially simpler solution first. When that failed they spent the rest of the day completing the much more labor intensive repair . They worked hard all day completing it in the dark to make sure I could have water restored that day. Hard workers,very professional and I would highly recommend!”
